Ms. Kotla Shivani , YRC Volunteer has completed the Course on COVID-19: PSYCHOLOGICAL FIRST AID by PUBLIC HEALTH ENGLAND on 17th July 2020.
A free Psychological First Aid course for frontline workers and volunteers dealing with the psychological impact of COVID-19 pandemic. It trains and equips staff to provide support and recognise people at risk of distress.
