The 12 students of 2nd year M.Sc counselling from the department of Counseling, School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, organized a group process session on the topic Time management for the students of 1st year Physiotherapy from Shree Devi College of Physiotherapy. The session was organized on 11th November 2021, for duration of one hour from 11:30 pm to 12:30 pm. A total of 80 students were present for the session. The students were divided to form 4 groups’ of 20 members and each group session was headed by three leaders. Since the students were expected their exams to begin shortly, the aim of the session was to help the students to manage their time effectively. The session aimed to help students to enhance time management skills among them. It was done through activities which focused to teach members that time is subjective, each one perceive time differently. Importance was also given on different types of distractions and how to deal effectively with those distractions. Group members actively participated in the exercises and maintained good energy level throughout the session. Students were able to understand their routine, were able to identify their distractions and how to deal with it effectively. With the cooperation among group leaders and active participation of the members, the group session was successful.
