Human Resource Management Forum Events

The HRM Forum organised a session on Wage Components of Salary  on  Wednesday, 18th September 2019 at the Social Work block , PM and IR classroom.

The  Resource Persons were - Mr. Dheeraj Shetty , General Manager , JBF petrochemical Ltd and  Mr . Vishnu Bhatt , junior HR , JBF petrochemicals Ltd . The duration of the session was for two hours.

The session started at 11.30 am , Fr. Francis II Msw (PM&IR ) welcomed the Resource Persons and the gathering. The Resource Persons took up sessions on Salary , Wages , Employee Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance Scheme , Gratuity , CTC ( cost to company ) and how to calculate take home salary .
