Objectives:
To land a position at the entry level where we can use our knowledge and talents to help the company succeed and to look for a tricky situation with an MNC.
Descriptive report: The session was organized by the HR forum on the topic on career in Human Resource to 2nd year HR Students, and the session began with the introductory speech of the resource person. Later the resource person began the session with the powerful question. "Where do we want to start a career?" Then, focused on domains such as manufacturing, banking, and IT, and The speaker also presented instances of salary based in the firms and also focused on manufacturing working hours and IT working hours. The speaker was mostly concerned with student career in the field of Technical expertise as well as soft skills which are required for success in the HR field, especially in new businesses. Patience and flexibility are required, the resource person says, and if fresher’s want to get good expertise, speaker recommends going to manufacturing businesses. According to him, HR workers routinely engage with people who have varying degrees of experience, Intellect, emotional intelligence, education, knowledge, Skills and capacities. The speaker prioritized MNC and Start-Up's and exhibited several images relating to software goods and software service firms after developing a notion of MNC and Start-Up Enterprises. Following that HR management trainees posed questions which were addressed by the resource person. The session ended with the votes of gratitude and with the group picture.

Outcome: The session was very informative towards the HR career options which could be followed by the HR management trainees after their completion of course. The HR management trainees also got to know the differentiation of start-up and MNC's.
