CHILDLINE SE DOSTI-2022
14/11/2022: INAUGURATION
The inauguration of CHILDLINE se Dosti week began at 10.35 am in SSW, Roshni Nilaya Auditorium. Children from inchara began wit‘AshayaGeethe’. Prof. Vineeth K SSW Roshani Nilaya HOD of BSW department - Welcomed the dignitaries Followed with, Inauguration of CHILDLINE posters took place by the dignitaries and children. Collab Director spoke on the objectives of Dosti week and the weekly programme is presented to the participants.
Dignitaries spoke on child safety and where a child as to be happy in family and in society and be aware of the legal acts which is for child protection.
At the end Mrs. Rohini Gogul CHILDLINE Nodal Coordinator proposed vote of thanks to the dignitaries and participants.
Children and CCI representatives signing for ‘I will stand for child safety’ and ‘I am a CHILDLINE Dosti. Educational awareness program is conducted by SSW Roshni nilaya BSW students and yenpoya nursing college students. And end of the program given refreshment and lunch provided for all the participates ssponsored by Nandini Diary and yenepoya nursing college.
15/11/2022: CYBER SAFETY
Don’t fall prey to the lure of social media Mrs.Rekha PSI cyber crime department,living in the digital age, we inevitably overuse the internet Due to this we are facing many problems .children are also more on social network over time they fall prey to many problems. so on social networks Mangalore cyber crime department should emphasize on their safety without succumbing to lures. PSI Mrs.Rekha said.
Program organized in Govt PU Collage Balmatta D.K. More than 300 students Gathered.
16/11 /2022: SPORTD FOR DEVELOPMENT
The city coordinator presented the CHILDLINE SE DOSTI Week program and information about child rights and safe touch and unsafe touch.
Then conducted games and activities. Sports for development were conducted on 16.11.2022 Govt primary school, kapikad D.K collab coordinator Mr.Ganesh and childline team members were present.
17.11.2022: SURAKSHA BANDHAN
The suraksha bandhan compaign is the joint venture done by Childline team and DCPU, St’ Anna’s School children and yenpoya nursing college students, SSW Roshni nilaya MSW students,150 children visited Police stations around the cities and had a discussion with police personals. Suraksha Bandhan helped work on the concept of “Child Friendly Police Station”

Child rights and safe touch and unsafe touch Awareness
The collab coordinator presented the CHILDLINE SE DOSTI Week program and information about child rights and safe touch and unsafe touch and then conducted games and activities. Sports for development was conducted on 18.11.2022
St Joseph’s high school, Kankanadi D.K nodal coordinator Mrs. Rohini Gogul and CHILDLINE team members were present.
OUTREACH PROGRAM
With the CHILDLINE team and MSW student did the outreach in Bundaru area.
19.11.2022: MASS AWARENESS
(World Day for the Prevention of Child Abuse)
Mass Awareness program at Junction railway station to central railway station. royal Enfield bike rally. More than one thousand people were able to reach during mass awareness and were able to give information on CHILD LINE service.
And yenpoya nursing college students Deralakatte , Manglore. performed a street play on child marriage and child labor, child trafficking.,child beggry,Child Rights Voilence Themes of child abuse are depicted in the play. Services provided for child welfare were brought to public attention.

Nutritious food for children of parents of construction workers
In Boluru Labor Colony, Childline service and labor card information is given, awareness was created about child marriage, then some activities were given to children and parents too. And Sis. Wilsey gave food to all. Donors Sis. Vida Sequeira, Superior Roshani Nilaya Community.Nodal coordinator and collab coordinator and childline team members and MSW students were present.
21.11.2022: CONCLUDING PROGRAM
The CHILD LINE SE DOSTI ended with a concluding program at St Agnes special children school. With best wishes from all authorities, report on CSD week was presented at the end on 14th November to 20th November 2022.
