• Creating awareness about one’s level of awareness (understanding or perception)
• To enhance or increase one’s self awareness

TOPIC- OPENNESS TO LEARNING

Objectives:

• To help the member to understand negative factor effecting learning
• To help the member to deal with negative factor effecting learning

TOPIC- POSITIVE ATTITUDE

Objectives:

• Help the group identify their attitude towards self and others
• Different ways to develop positive attitude

TOPIC- DECISION MAKING AND CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

Objectives:

• To help the group know about the different steps in decision making
• To help the group enhance and use the techniques in effective decision making

To make the group aware of the different conflict management styles
      
TOPIC- EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIP
      
Objectives:

• To help members become aware of the barriers in maintaining effective relationships
• To teach the members different way to build relationships

SESSION REPORT

The students of second M.Sc. Counselling conducted thematic presentation (group sessions) for different Post-graduate departments. The above-mentioned objectives were presented in these sessions through conducting activities and also giving information about various self-reflecting and personality development topics which would help them know more about themselves and people around them. It will enhance their ability to evolve as a better human-being.
