Topic: Positive Teaching

Aim : To promote Positive classroom culture.

Objectives:
1. Assessing the skills, attitudes and behavior of teachers towards Positive Classroom.
2. To introduce the basic components of positive schooling with greater emphasis on “teaching as a calling.”
3. To create awareness about the different roles a teacher can play in child’s development.
4. To train teachers in building the relationship with children and their parents.
5. To provide teachers with techniques to create positive classroom environment.

Target Population: 23 pre school teachers of mysticcal rose pre-school, Kasargod, kerala
