UG Department of Criminology in collaboration with Centre for International Academic Network (CIAN), School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya felicitated Shri. N Shashi Kumar, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Mangaluru on 27.10.2021. The programme began with the Invocation of God's blessings. Which was followed by, the welcome speech by Dr. Juliet C.J Principal of the college. In her welcome address the principal spoke about the different activities carried out by the college. In her concept note Vice Principal Dr. Jenis Mary gave an outline of the activities carried out by the Centre for International Academic Network (CIAN). In his acceptance address Shri. N Shashi Kumar spoke of his experiences in the field of law enforcement and also appreciated the selfless work done by the college to make the community safer by involving itself in various awareness programmes in association with the Mangaluru Commissionarate. Shri. N Shashi Kumar was felicitated by the Principal and Vice Principal of the college and the resource person. The felicitation citation was read out by Ms. Sarik Ankitha, Head of the department of Criminology (UG) and the Dean of Student Progression. The staff and the students of School of Social Work Roshni Nilaya attended the felicitation programme.
