Department of criminology organised sessions on “Forensic Thanathology” for III year BA Students on 27th & 30th of November 2021. Dr. Hareesh Gouda, Associate Professor, Department of Forensic Medicine and toxicology, Father Muller Medical College, Mangaluru was the resource person. Dr. Hareesh Gouda explained the concept of death, Brain Stem death, Sudden Death, Post-mortem changes, preservation of the dead body and presumption of death. He explained the topics by illustrating some examples, which helped the students in understanding the topic well.
