Department of Criminology organised a workshop on Approach towards Competitive exams & Placement, Soft Skills and Personality Development on 13th November 2021 from 10:00am to 1:00 pm in the Maria Pavia Hall by Mr. Abhilash Ksatriya.He is a certified International trainer, coach , author and Managing Director at Abhijnya Education Private Limited. In the workshop the resource person primarily focused on the approach towards competitive exams and briefed the students about the aptitudes required to take up various streams and the nature of work related to the different jobs. He encouraged students to achieve competence in a field of their interest and develop strong interpersonal skills to be successful.

The whole session had a lot of activities for the students to keep them engaged , including group discussions , debates, product presentation etc.

The resource person initially spoke about the importance of vocational and communication skills in our lives and hence made sure every student got a chance to speak during the session.

It was a very interactive session instead of just giving a speech. He made sure every student participates. By the end of the workshop students were instilled with confidence which encouraged all students to come forward and speak.Many students expressed that this session helped them to overcome their fear and improved their communication skills.

This workshop was informative and beneficial for all students.
