Crimino-Vision Events

As part of the memorandum of understanding between the School of Social Work Roshni Nilaya and Fr Muller’s Medical College, Mangaluru, a student exchange program was facilitated. Four Final year MBBS students from Fr Muller’s Medical College visited the Department of Criminology and participated in a one-week training program spanning from February 26th to March 2nd, 2024. Throughout this program, they received practical training in various aspects of Criminology and Forensic Science, including Crime Scene Management and Investigation. They were also trained in the analysis of Fingerprints, Footprints, Hair, and related fields. Furthermore, they had the opportunity to visit the Mangaluru District prison to gain valuable insights into prison reforms and the multifaceted roles of prisons in India.
