Ms. Kavitha Aranha, a communications designer and educational consultant from New Delhi conducted an engaging and informative session on ‘Communication Collaterals’ for sixty students of I and II BA program on 26th March 2024 at 2.30pm in the Seminar Hall. The lecture provided a comprehensive understanding of the role, significance and strategic use of communication collaterals in various fields, particularly in media, marketing and corporate communication.
During her talk, Ms. Aranha emphasized how communication collaterals such as brochures, newsletters, posters and digital media serve as essential tools for effective messaging and brand communication. She highlighted the importance of design, content clarity and audience engagement in crafting impactful materials.
Beyond theoretical knowledge, Ms Aranha also introduced students to real world job opportunities, guiding them on ways to earn while they learn. She shared insights on freelancing, internships and part-time roles in content creation, graphic design and digital marketing, helping students explore avenues to gain hands-on experience while continuing their studies.
The session was highly interactive, with students actively participating in discussions and gaining practical insights.
