LIT Meet Events

A Career Guidance Program on 'Careers in English Language and Literature' was organized by the IQAC in collaboration with the Department of English on 23rd May 2023 at 3:30 PM in the Maria Paiva Hall. The session was led by Ms. Raveena Mascarenhas, Assistant Professor at St. Agnes College, Mangalore, who provided valuable insights into the diverse career opportunities available for students majoring in English.

Ms. Mascarenhas introduced various interesting career paths, encouraging students to explore different professional avenues in the field. Her engaging approach, which included a quiz and the distribution of chocolates, helped capture the students' attention and made the session more interactive.
Around fifty students attended the program, benefiting from the guidance offered and leaving with a greater sense of the opportunities ahead in English Language and Literature.
