NSS (National Service Scheme) - Events

As part of the National Unity Day, the NSS unit of School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya organized a workshop on the topic ‘Role of Youth in Achieving National Unity’ on the 25th of November, 2023 in the Seminar Hall. The resource person for the day was Mrs. Adline Jyothsna Pinto, NSS Programme Officer, Trisha College, Mangaluru.
The program began at 2pm with a prayer song by Navya K (II BA) and Sharanya (III BA). Disha from II BSW welcomed the gathering. The resource person was introduced by Ashna of I BSW. The resource person addressed the volunteers on the topic of the day. She engaged them in various group activities involving leadership and inter personal skills. The ice breakers filled the volunteers with energy and zeal throughout the workshop.

Malavika from I BA thanked the resource person and the participants. The entire program was compered by Gagana of II BSW. NSS leaders Navya K (II BA) and Sanketh Nayak (II BSW) and NSS Program officer Mr. Obanath were present.
