NSS (National Service Scheme) - Events

Department of English and NSS unit of the College organised a 15 km cross country trek from Moodabidri to Edapadav on Sunday , August 25, 2019. 58 students participated in the trek. The trek began at 8.15 a.m. from Moodabidri and the students walked through hilly terrains, fields and small streams to reach Edapadav .The students visited the Phalguni Power Project . The objective was to provide exposure to the agrarian world and life . They learnt to appreciate Nature and the need to respect and protect her. It also taught them human values and the need to care and protect one another. The Trek was challenging for the first time trekkers.
