Two students of M.Sc. Counselling conducted an Orientation programme on the topic 'Unhealthy Relationship' for 64 members of City College of Nursing, Shakthi Nagara , Mangalore on 10/03/2021.
The aim of the orientation was to educate members on healthy and unhealthy relationships. The contents covered in the session were healthy relationships and its signs, unhealthy relationships and its signs, ways to handle unhealthy relationships and setting boundaries in a relationship.

The members could understand the difference between a healthy and unhealthy relationship. The session also facilitated the members to know how to come out of an unhealthy relationship and also how they can protect themselves.
