IQAC in collaboration with Lions Club International and Manashanthi, Mangalore organised a Skill Development Workshop – A Series of training the Trainers on December 2nd, 9th and 18th 2020. The Objective of this workshop series was to create Youth Champions for community development.
Dr. Rameela Shekhar, Mental Health Professional Manashanthi and Dr. Avinash Shekhar, Consultant Neuropsychiatrist, Manashanthi were the resource persons for this series of training programmes.
The theme for the first day of workshop was “Psychological Well –being and Self Care”, which was held on 2nd December 2020 . Principal of the College Dr. Juliet C.J and Er. Vijaya Vishnu Mayya, Dist. Coordinator, Youth Camp and Exchange were the Presiding officers for this session. Lion Ronald Gomes, Immd. Previous District Governor Lions District 317-D. Dr.Geethaprakash Angarkody , Dist. Governor, Lions District 317-D were the Chief guests . IQAC Coordinator, Associate Professor Cecilia F. Goveas proposed the Vote of Thanks.
