Ms. Shalik Gerald Pinto of II BSW participated in a Media conference on Role of youth in Republic India held on 26th January 2021 from 10:30 PM to 12:00 PM.
The conference was held to understand the views and opinions of different youth panelists from all over India. The program began with a brief introduction of Republic India by Mr.Lal Goel, Chairman Organ donation India foundation and GYAN. The program was then followed by a speech by the chief guest Mr C V Anand Bose,IAS , One man expert commission on Labour, government of India who gave a message that how youth can contribute to the development of the country. Then it was the turn of the 6 youth delegates to give their opinion on the Role of the youth in Republic India and what contributions a youth can make for a better India. The program then continued with a question and answer session where each youth guest was asked the What would you do if you became the prime minister of India? and everyone shared different views and opinions.
At the end of the session Mr C V Annand Bose expressed how he felt about the youth's opinions.
