The Department of Rural Development organized a guest talk on the topic " Role of Youth in Rural Development" on 18th October at 11:45 in the College Auditorium. Sri Mohandas Markada , The editor, Spandana Institute For Study and Development of Cooperation (ISDC) was the guest speaker.
The speaker emphasised on the fact to translate the theoretical learning of the classroom in the field. He stressed the importance of bringing awareness about the policies and different programs that are beneficial to the poor and the marginalized.
The program was was attended by 21 Students. The program concluded with Dr Prashanth extending gratitude to the speaker and the participants.
