The students of 2nd year M.Sc counseling from the department of counseling, School of Social Work Roshni Nilaya, organized a group process session on the topic “Psychological Wellbeing” for 1st year MSW students from School of social work Roshni Nilaya. The session was organized on 16th November 2021, for duration of an hour from 3 pm to 4 pm. The aim of the session was to enhance psychological well being among the students. A total of 46 students were present for the session. The students were divided to form 4 groups of 11 members and each group session was headed by three leaders. The aim of the session was to help the students to understand the psychological wellbeing and find out the resources. The session aimed to help the students to enhance psychological wellbeing and find out the resources. It was done through exercises, which focused to teach the members that the importance of mental health, physical, and emotional health and well-being. Importance was also given on different types of difficult situations and how they found the resources for that situation deal effectively. Group members actively participated in the exercises. They were able to find out the different situations and they were able to enact how they manage the difficult situation in their day today life. With the cooperation among group leaders and active participation of the group members, the group process was successful.
