On May 4, 2024, the proceeds from the "Make a Mark - Charity Sale" were directed toward supporting an orphanage in Pumpwell, which was previously associated with the MAD organization. With the funds raised, we provided essential items such as food supplies, groceries, toiletries, and other necessities to improve the daily lives of the children and their caretakers. Members of the Leo Club RMB personally visited the orphanage to deliver the donations, interact with the children, and better understand their immediate needs, fostering a heartfelt sense of community and connection.
This philanthropic initiative showcased the power of collective effort and underscored the success of the charity sale, extending its impact beyond a single event to bring lasting hope and relief to those in need. By channeling the funds toward such a meaningful cause, we reaffirmed our commitment to driving positive change and embodying the spirit of compassionate action.
