NSS (National Service Scheme) - Events

The NSS unit of the School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, organized an Orientation program for NSS volunteers on August 31, 2024, in the Seminar Hall. The resource person for the day was Mrs. Adline Jyothsna Pinto, Assistant Professor in Commerce at Trisha College, Mangaluru. NSS Volunteer Mr.Sebin (II BA) welcomed the gathering and introduced the resource person. The resource person addressed the volunteers on the topic of the day and engaged them in various group activities. The icebreakers filled the volunteers with energy and zeal throughout the workshop. She provided more information about NSS. NSS Volunteer Ms. Malavika (II BA) thanked the resource person and the participants. NSS Program Officer Mr. Obanath, Ms. Colin D'Souza, and Mrs. Deepika Sanil, Assistant NSS Program Officers were present. A total of 54 NSS volunteers participated in the orientation program.
