An interactive awareness programme on ‘Healthy life style’ was organized by the Department of Rural Development with the beneficiaries of Family Service Agency on 13th September 2023. The programme was conducted by the Ist and Final Year Rural Development students with ice breaking games, and they shared with them the nutrient values of the foods and its usefulness to our body. Tips for healthy living were also shared with them and one of the beneficiaries demonstrated the yoga asanas which are good for certain illnesses. A total of 26 students participated in the awareness program.
