On 7th March 2024, the seven final year Rural Development attended a training session on stress management at Family Counselling Centre, Valencia, Mangaluru. The session was conducted by the Counsellor Ms. Nayomi Monteiro. During the session students were made aware of the various causes of stress, and the effective ways to handle the stress. Students were taught meditation and relaxation techniques to handle stress. The programme was effective. It provided knowledge and experiential learning for the students on Stress Management
