School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya Final year BSW students, Ms. Sowjanya, Ms. Stacia , Mr. Inayath and Shakthi Friend Club, Anganawadi kendra, Shaktinagara joined together and celebrated International Women's day.

The Resource Person of the workshop was Mrs. Reena DSouza, Alumna of Roshni Nilaya delivered a talk on Women's Protection, Health and Menstural Hygiene. Ms. Sowjanya welcomed the Resource Person and the Anganwadi President Mrs. Lalitha for their esteemed presence in the workshop.

The Resource Person delivered the talk as well as conducted a group activity for all the women gathered at the Anganawadi. Group activities were conducted.

The Resource Person then spoke about Menstrual Hygiene. She spoke about how women have to take care of their health and hygiene during their Menstrual cycle.

Finally she showed videos related to Women achievers and the programme ended with the Vote of Thanks delivered by Ms. Stacia.
