Workshop on “Participatory Rural Appraisal” (PRA) was conducted for Twenty Nine final year B.S.W. students by Dr. Madhumala, HOD B.S.W. Department, Alva’s College, Moodabidri on 31st March, 2017 at Seminar Hall, School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya. During the workshop students understood the purpose and objectives of PRA to be organised in the community as the trainer demonstrated various methods of PRA like Transact Walk, Resource Mapping, Venn Diagram, Social Mapping in the college campus. Group activities were also conducted for the students. There were also interactive sessions between students and faculty.
