An Inter-Collegiate Fest “EXPRESSIONS” was organized on Saturday, September 12, 2015.
The theme of the Fest was "Lumiere"- ‘Shimmering synergies’. Dr Ajay R. Kamath, Associate Professor, Department of Ophthalmology, KMC, Mangaluru inaugurated the fest at 9:00 A.M. Dr Sophia N. Fernandes, Principal, School of Social Work, presided over the function. Ms Violet Pereira, Proprietor and Editor-in-chief, Mangalorean.com, was the Chief Guest of the Valedictory Programme at 5:45 P.M. Assoc. Prof. Cecilia F. Goveas was the Staff Convenor and Ms Athena Aranha and Ms Spoorthi Philomena were the student convenors for the same.
Eleven events (Talent Show, Turn Coat, Treasure hunt, Photography, Tiara Making, Stress Interview, Diya Painting, Recitation and writing,40 seconds to fame, Group singing, Group dance), all related to the theme “Lumiere”- Light were conducted.
The overall championship was bagged by : Govinda Dasa College, Surathkal
