‘Global Miss International India Universe 2021 ’Felicitated at Roshni Nilaya

The grand finale of the ‘Global Miss International India Universe 2021 was held at Satvik by Chhabra Farm, New Delhi on 11th November 2021 organised by Global India Entertainment Production (GIEP). The Miss India 2021 title was bagged by Ms. Ananya Singh, final year Msc Counselling student from the School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya.

The participants of the pageant were judged based on their walk, introduction and question and answer. Almost all states of India represented in the finale and in the female category Ms. Ananya Singh stood first.

It was a proud moment for School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya as Ms. Ananya is the present student of the College.

Ms. Ananya was felicitated by Dr. Juliet CJ the principal, Ms. Evelyn Benis Secretary Institute of Social Service, Ms. Rosa Nimmy Mathew, HOD of Msc Counseling and Dr. Wilsy Francis the Student Welfare officer of Msc Counseling.

In her felicitation address Principal Dr. Juliet CJ said, “It is indeed a great day for all of us. Ananya belongs to us and has made us proud with her achievement”. Acknowledging her genuineness and humility she remarked that Ananya is also blessed with a lot of inner beauty. She congratulated her and wished her best for future endeavours.

After receiving the felicitation in her message to the Roshnites, Ananya said that they should follow their passion and add value to their lives. She further stated that she is grateful to her family, friends and the faculty in helping her find congruence within her and encouraging her to follow her passion.

Ms. Ananya Singh is representing India at the international level in Singapore.
