A session on Self-Esteem at Aloysian Boys Home was conducted as an Extension Activity with Three Alumni of the college by the department of counselling in Collaboration with NSS Unit, School Of social Work, Roshni Nilaya on 18thNovember 2018.
Aim- to enhance self esteem
Objectives:
1.To assess the members level of self esteem
2.To help the members understand the meaning and importance of self esteem
3.To enhance the members confidence level by helping them identify the differences between low self esteem and high self esteem
4. To educate the members the different ways to increase self-esteem
Outcome: The level of self awareness increased
Learnt techniques to increase self-esteem
