A group session on ‘Adolescent Well being’ was conducted by 14 Students of II M.Sc. for 75 students of standard 9 of St Rita's English Higher Primary School, on February 22nd, 2020.

Aim: To Enhance Adolescent Well-being

Objective:

1. To make the students aware about physical and emotional changes.
2. Impact of peer pressure and influence of social media on adolescence.
3. To create awareness about healthy and unhealthy relationships.
4. To help the members to learn social etiquettes.

Outcome

The objectives were met and the participants became aware about one’s emotions and good and bad sides of friendship. The participants also learnt about the assertive way of communication and also social etiquettes. The participants also came to know about the healthy boundaries that they have to maintain with people around them.
