Human Resource Management Forum Events

The 2nd year Human Resource Management students organized a “Thematic Presentation” on STUDENT ENGAGEMENT on 17th May 2023 from 3.30 to 4.30 pm in the college Auditorium. Ms.Renisha D’Souza introduced the theme of the presentation. The programme started with the prayer song led by Ms. Swathi and team. Ms. Melissa D’Souza welcomed the gathering.

The students highlighted the significance of the theme “Student engagement” as it refers to the level of interest, involvement, and investment that a student demonstrates in their learning process. Engaged students are motivated and committed to their education, participating actively in class discussions, completing assignments on time, and taking responsibility for their learning outcomes.

The session was addressed through a PowerPoint presentation. Mentimeter was used to facilitate and to gather the opinion of the participants on student engagement. Mr.Roshan D’Souza, Assistant Professor in the department of Msc.CFS gave the feedback and expressed his appreciation on choosing a unique theme for the presentation. Ms.Pearl Carolyn D’souza proposed the vote of thanks. The program ended with the National Anthem. A total of 170 members including students and PG dept Faculty were present for the programme.
