Forty-eight students of Psychology conducted an Extension at St Agnes Pre-University College to raise awareness on adolescent issues from 2:45 pm to 3:30 pm on Thursday, October 27, 2022. The programme was creatively construed and executed making it interactive enough. A skit was performed in which the audience itself altered the course of the character's mental state by adopting a more optimistic outlook on everyday circumstances that would otherwise make adolescents anxious. This was followed by a verbally articulated presentation depicting body shaming to highlight the importance of self-acceptance and self-worth. The programme concluded with a rendezvous between a few future psychologists sharing a chapter of their lives and how they overcame their fears via a human library. Dr. Sandra Lobo and Asst. Prof. Roshini Goveas accompanied the II BA students who collectively had an audience of nearly 600 students immersed in the programme.
