A session on Stress Management was conducted for the I year GNM students of Indira College of Nursing on 21/2/2017 and 22/2/2017. The facilitators for the session were the 3 II M.Sc. Counselling students.
Aim: The aim of the session was to promote mental health and emotional wellbeing by managing stress in one’s own life.
Objectives:
1.To make the students aware of their stressors
2.To teach them how to recognise the symptoms
3.To bring awareness on healthy and unhealthy ways of coping
Outcome:
- Equipped with stress management skill
- Skills to manage Time
