The session began with an engaging ice-breaking activity to energize the students. After that the topic of emotional regulation through interactive questions was introduced. The students learned how to identify and accept their emotions through various activities. this topic was wrapped up by teaching them breathing exercises and grounding techniques to help manage their feelings.

Next, we shifted to the subject of time management. Students participated in an exercise to assess their current time management skills. We then introduced the Time Management Matrix model, explaining how it works and how they can apply it in their daily lives. This helped students gain a clearer understanding of how to prioritize tasks effectively.

As a result of the session, students found the time management model to be helpful and expressed a desire to manage their time and realized the importance of managing their emotions, indicating a positive shift in their attitudes towards mobile device usage.
