A psychoeducation program was conducted On 23 may 2021 by three students pursuing their final semester in MSc counseling from School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, for the students of St. Agnes college on the topic of interpersonal relationship to maintain better relationships. The approach was social skills training, facilitators conducted the session through the online platform participants of the session were very interactive, energetic, enthusiastic throughout the session.
The students were provided a google form questionnaire before the session to assess the level of stress in them. Students found the session very helpful as they were able to realize that they could improve their communication skills and how to maintain their relationships.They were also able to learn techniques to enhance interpersonal relationships.
Facilitator in-Charge of the session were: Ms. Rosa N. Mathew, Dr. Wilsy Francis and Ms. Jennifer Carlo
