NSS (National Service Scheme) - Events

NSS unit of School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya in collaboration with India Post (Kankanady Sub Post Office) organized ‘Swachhata Abhiyan’ under the title of ‘Ek thareek, Ek ghanta’ on the 1st of October, 2023 at Kankanady Sub – Post Office, Nandigudda road, Mangaluru. This was a part of the mega cleanliness drive initiated by the Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi. The event began at 9:30am. Sixteen NSS volunteers joined hands in cleaning the Post Office’s surroundings under the guidance of NSS Program Officer Obanath and Asst. NSS Program Officer Roshini Goveas. Post Master Mr. Chandrashekhar H.R., Asst. Post Master Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad, Postal Asst. Mr. Jagadeesh and Postman Mr. Kamalaksha joined hands in the cleanliness drive which concluded at 11:30am.
