Each forum (Sustainable Development, HR Management, Family Cosmos, Forensis, and Family Well-being) organizes themed one-hour awareness programs, using diverse methods such as workshops, discussions, and interactive activities. This approach encourages active participation and offers a fresh perspective on pressing issues. Constraints include varying student engagement levels and resource limitations.
Evidence of Success
Student and faculty feedback indicates increased awareness and improved skills related to the themes presented. Engagement metrics show higher participation rates and positive behavioral changes among students, validating the practice’s effectiveness.

Best Practice 2 : Earn While You Learn
Objectives of the Practice - Earn While You Learn:
• To provide students with financial support, enabling them to fund their education.
• To instill the values of hard work, independence, and financial responsibility.
Context:
Nowadays many students face financial challenges that hinder their ability to complete their studies. To address this, the institution has implemented a best practice known as "Earn While You Learn." This practice allows students to engage in part-time jobs while continuing their education.
The Practice:
The institute identifies economically disadvantaged students and provides them with opportunities for part –time employment. Academically strong students offer tutoring to the local school children. While others are given roles to assist in short-term evening courses. These initiatives benefit a selected number of students each year. Supporting both their academic and financial needs.
Evidence of Success:
Many students have reported an increased sense of responsibility and maturity, which has helped them both personally and professionally.
Problems and Challenges:
Students may not get the opportunity to work according to their time. Sometime work will be offered for over time.
